Katy Payne is the Client Relations Support for Jacobs Financial Services LLC. She is responsible for providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients as they start and continue their retirement journey.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in Psychology and Sociology. She has over 7 years of Customer Service and Data Management experience in the Non-Profit sector.

Katy enjoys horseback riding, reading, cooking, and spending time by the water.
